WIS Leadership Programme

Rowing Ireland, in partnership with Golf Ireland and Hockey Ireland, are delighted to announce a new Women in Leadership Course. This course is aimed at women who want to be or are already in leadership/club committee roles within the sport of Rowing. It will empower women to take on leadership roles within the community, and support the development of those already on their leadership journey.

The course is fully interactive and participants are provided with an insight to all facets of leadership through a series of 5 online and 1 in person session. Visit here for more information on the dates you will need to be available for the 2025 programme.
