Call for Applications – 2026 Rowing Calendar

Organising Committees are invited to apply for Event Dates for the 2026 Flatwater Calendar and to indicate provisional dates, if known, for the 2027 calendar. Please complete and submit an application form (below) for each event as soon as possible, and by Friday 14 March 2025 at the latest.

In looking ahead to 2026, Organising Committees are encouraged to be as flexible as possible when selecting their dates. Applications for new events, especially multilane regattas, are strongly encouraged. In particular, the facilities at Lough Rynn continue to improve and there is clear potential to make greater use of this excellent venue during the racing season.

The 2026 1K Classic is expected to be held on 27 & 28 June and the Championship Regatta is expected to be held on 10-12 July 2026.

Based on applications received, a draft 2026 Flatwater Calendar will be drawn up for discussion at the Fixtures Meeting and ratification at the AGM in May.
