Aoife Casey
Aoife competed at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games in the Lightweight Women’s Double Sculls (LW2x). Alongside, Margaret Cremen, Aoife placed fifth in the Paris Olympics.
She won bronze at the 2022 World Rowing Championships in the LW2x and silver at the 2020 World Rowing Under-23 Championships in Duisburg.
Originally from Skibbereen, Aoife began rowing in 2009. She studied Medical and Health Sciences at UCC and is now pursuing a degree in Bioscience Innovation and Enterprise at University College London.
