The Annual General Meeting of the Irish Amateur Rowing Union Company Limited by Guarantee (t/a Rowing Ireland) will be held on Sunday, June 8th, 2025, from 10.30 a.m. at the Sport Ireland Campus, Blanchardstown, Dublin. This will be an in-person-only meeting.
Relevant documents will be issued to club secretaries in due course.
Special Resolution & Rule Changes
The provision within the constitution addressing the four-yearly opportunity to propose amendments to the rowing rules was inadvertently excluded from the published version.
The Board, therefore, proposes to remedy this at the AGM, by way of special resolution.
We will allow clubs to submit proposals for rule changes on this occasion. Additionally, the Board has its own rule change proposal to present to clubs, based on the agreed actions from last year’s Domestic Calendar Development Group meetings.
The closing date for submission of rule change proposals is Tuesday, 8 April 2025.
