What’s in store?:
Indoor Rowing Bootcamp – Master the basics on rowing machines with expert guidance.
On-Water Rowing Drills – Hop into a boat and take to the water under the guidance of our experienced coxes. No experience needed—just enthusiasm!
Team Drills & Races – Work together, build team spirit, and compete for ultimate glory in friendly races.
Unbeatable Location – Train where Olympic Gold medallists have honed their skills, surrounded by the stunning scenery of Inniscarra Lake.
On Water Schedule:

| 09:30 – 10:00 | Arrival & Welcome | Participants check in, enjoy light refreshments, and receive an introduction to the adventure ahead. |
| 10:00 – 10:30 | Safety Briefing & Rowing Basics | Lesson on safety, rowing equipment, and fundamental techniques.. |
| 10:30 – 11:15 | Indoor Rowing Technique Session | Learn the perfect rowing stroke on indoor machines, with pro tips and individual feedback. |
| 11:15 – 11:30 | Break | A quick refreshment stop to recharge. |
| 11:30 – 12:45 | On-Water Rowing: Practice Session | Get on the water and put your new skills to the test, guided by experienced coxes. |
| 12:45 – 13:15 | Lunch Break | Refuel with a delicious catered lunch on-site. |
| 13:15 – 14:15 | Team Drills on Water | Work as a unit and perfect your team rowing technique. Coordination is key! |
| 14:15 – 15:30 | Friendly Team Races | It’s time to test your skills (and team spirit) in fun, competitive races. Who will claim victory? |
| 15:30 – 16:00 | Prize Giving & Wrap-Up | Celebrate your team’s achievements with awards and a final reflection on the day’s experience. |
